Superior Hunting Dogs

Since 1995, we have been breeding Labs with a hunting focus. Our foundation dam was Countryman's Cajun Monique (photo, left). Her pedigree has many lines stemming from the Candlewood bloodlines.

Many of her pups went on to be fantastic hunters of both waterfowl and upland game birds. We still have one of her sons, "The Rifleman", who produced quality pups for many years. Another of our sires, “Stone Crusher Peterson” continues to pass on his enthusiasm for retrieving.

AKC Labrador Retriever Puppies Currently Available

Litter whelped on July 17, 2008 is available and ready to become part of your family or hunting kennel. Puppies are born and raised in the house for 6 weeks, then move to the heated kennels. They are handled from the moment they are born, and are very well socialized.

Labradoodles!

We have one yellow and two black Labradoodle puppies, whelped August 7, 2008, and priced the same as all our puppies, at $425. Their sire is “Lucky”, black Standard Poodle owned by Laura Amandis, owner and trainer of the world famouns Andalusian stallion, Acierto. The result of breeding Labrador to Poodle, Labradoodle puppies are usually curly-coated and shed less than a pure Labrador.

Older Dogs Available

We occasionally have older puppies and dogs available. If you are looking for a new friend that's already housebroken and beyond the puppy stage, give us a call.

Our pups are smart and easily trained with consistent work. They are raised in the house with us and are socialized from birth with other dogs, small children, and cats. They love people and are eager to please.

Your Family Pet or Hunting Companion

We breed for personality, correct conformation and hunting ability. Many of our pups have become awesome field trial dogs, and two have gone on to work as government drug-sniffing dogs.

All our pups have their first set of puppy shots, are dewormed and have dew claws removed. We guarantee hips, eyes and have a two year health guarantee for any life-threatening defects.
